Influence of Puspa Wood and Coconut Trunk Combination on the Characteristics of Cross-Laminated Timber Bonded with Polyurethane Adhesive

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the characteristic cross-laminated timber (CLT) made from puspa (Schima wallichii) wood, coconut (Cocos nucifera) trunk, and their combination using a polyurethane (PU) adhesive. manufacturing CLT begins with characterization adhesive wood materials used in study. panels are dimensions 100 cm × 30 3.6 cm. laminate organized into three layers face/core/back, namely (PPP), trunk (CCC), (PCP CPC), perpendicular each other glue spread 160 g.m-2. physical mechanical properties were assessed according JAS 3079 (2019) standard. results showed that could cure optimally at temperature 30°C for 200 minutes.
